This Cilantro Lime Dressing with Avocado and Garlic is the perfect sauce to add to a salad, burrito bowl, burger, tacos, and the list goes on. It’s healthy, quick to make, and adds so much flavor to a meal.
I started making this dressing for burrito bowl nights. I love all the flavors of guacamole, but don’t always love to make it. Plus, guacamole goes bad so quickly that I wanted an alternative that would last in the fridge for a few days. So, this cilantro lime dressing was created.
How to make the Cilantro Lime Dressing
Set all of your ingredients out first. Having your ingredients ready to go, really speeds up the process.
Dump all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust accordingly. If you like a thinner consistency, add more water. Add a little red pepper flakes if you like an extra kick of flavor and spice. =)
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days and ENJOY!
