This sauce can be made in about 5 minutes and only contains 4 ingredients (plus salt and pepper). This yields about 3/4 cup, which is enough sauce for roughly 5 salads.
I don’t love salad dressings with a strong flavor of lemon, so this sauce has just a hint of lemon. The maple syrup gives the sweetness it needs and the salt brings out all of the flavors.

Lemon Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a storage container or jar. A small mason jar works great! Keep covered in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
- Adjust as necessary. If the dressing becomes thick after refrigerating it, add more warm water and mix. Shake before each use.
