Chimichurri Sauce {Low FODMAP}
This 5-minute Chimichurri sauce is fresh, delicious and low FODMAP friendly! A perfect sauce for grilled meat or vegetables.

Ingredients

flat-leaf parsley, tightly packed

extra-virgin olive oil

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Toss all ingredient into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to a week. A mason jar works great for storage!
