Homemade Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

A quick and easy homemade vinaigrette using apple cider vinegar,olive oil and oregano.

Equipment

  • Mason Jar or storage container with a lid

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a mason jar or storage container. Cover and shake until mixed through. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.

Notes

The oil may harden once it's been refrigerated. This is normal. Just put it on the counter 10-15 minutes before using it, and the oil should turn to liquid again. You could also run the jar under warm water. Shake before using.
