Ingredients
3 1/2 tbspapple cider vinegar
1/2cupextra virgin olive oil
2garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tspsalt
1/4tsporegano
pepper to taste
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a mason jar or storage container. Cover and shake until mixed through. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
Notes
The oil may harden once it's been refrigerated. This is normal. Just put it on the counter 10-15 minutes before using it, and the oil should turn to liquid again. You could also run the jar under warm water. Shake before using.
