EASY 3 Ingredient Blender Waffles

These waffles can be made into pancakes as well!

Equipment

  • waffle maker
  • Blender
  • Skillet (if making pancakes)

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup oats (use GF oats if you are making this gluten free)

Instructions

To make waffles:

  • In a blender, combine the eggs, banana and oats.
  • Mix on low, until all ingredients are blended. (about 30 seconds)
  • Pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture into the waffle maker. Follow the waffle maker's directions on how to cook the waffle.
  • Serve warm and top with maple syrup and berries

To make pancakes:

  • Follow all directions listed above. Instead of pouring the mixture into a waffle maker, pour onto a greased skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and top with maple syrup and berries.

Notes

These waffles and pancakes work if you choose to omit the oats. However, the oats will give it a thicker and fluffier consistency.
