1/2cupoats(use GF oats if you are making this gluten free)
Instructions
To make waffles:
In a blender, combine the eggs, banana and oats.
Mix on low, until all ingredients are blended. (about 30 seconds)
Pour about 1/2 cup of the mixture into the waffle maker. Follow the waffle maker's directions on how to cook the waffle.
Serve warm and top with maple syrup and berries
To make pancakes:
Follow all directions listed above. Instead of pouring the mixture into a waffle maker, pour onto a greased skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
Serve warm and top with maple syrup and berries.
Notes
These waffles and pancakes work if you choose to omit the oats. However, the oats will give it a thicker and fluffier consistency.
